Idler Pulley: Service and Repair

Removal and Installation:

1. On 210 and 124 Models, remove viscous fan coupling.
2. On 129 Models, remove fan shroud ring.
3. On 140 Models, remove fan shroud.





4. On all models, slacken poly V-belt (27).
5. Take off poly V-belt (27) at guide pulley (4).
6. Pull off cover (2).
7. Unscrew bolt (3).
8. Take off guide pulley (4) at fan bearing bracket or at air pump/generator support.
9. Reverse procedure to install, noting the following:
- Ensure that bolt (3) is tighten to 29 Nm.
- Properly tension poly V-belt (27)
