Model 201 With Engine 102 (Single-Belt Drive)

MODEL 201 WITH ENGINE 102 (SINGLE-BELT DRIVE)

1. Remove/install poly-V-belt, fan shroud and fan (SMS, Repair Instructions, Job no. 13-342).

2. Remove/install coolant pump pulley.

Tightening torques:

Hex socket screws 10 Nm
Torx bolts 15 Nm

3. Disconnect/reconnect electromagnetic fan clutch (Y2).




4. Press outlet connection fitting (1, Figure 4) into the seepage vent bore (2) in the coolant pump housing.




5. Attach clamp (2, Figure 5) for the drainage pipe (1) to the coolant pump housing.

NOTE!
The retaining loop of the clamp must point toward the timing cover.

6. Remove/install lower encapsulation panel (SMS, Repair Instructions, Job no. 01-006).




7. Attach drainage pipe clamps (2, Figure 6) to the generator bracket with the lower attachment bolt (3) and with a M8 x 10 hex bolt (4) at the cylinder crankcase.

NOTE!
Align the drainage pipe. It must be routed vertically downward.

After installation, make sure there is sufficient clearance between the drainage pipe and all moving parts.
