MODELS 129.066(067 (WITH ENGINE 119)
1. Lift vehicle
2. Remove lower engine panel
3. Drain engine coolant at lower right radiator fitting. Drain coolant into a suitable container for reuse later.
4. Remove secondary air injection elbow below core plug (5 mm Allen screws) and move aside.

5. Remove core plug (arrow, Figure 1, behind NC compressor) with a 22 mm 6-point socket insert.

6. Install block heater (arrow, Figure 2) using the rubber 0-ring from the installation kit and not the alloy washer supplied. Tighten block heater using a 45 mm socket.
Tightening torque: 70 Nm
7. Route and fasten the cable harness along power steering hose using cable ties.
8. Reinstall secondary air injection elbow.
9. Close coolant drain plug.
Tightening torque: 30 Nm
10. Reinstall lower engine panel.
11. Lower vehicle.
12. Route cable plug to a convenient location as per customer preference. Secure cable and plug with cable ties.
Note:
Ensure that cable is routed away from moving engine parts and sources of high heat

13. Test coolant for sufficient antifreeze protection, refill and bleed cooling system. Pressure test system for leaks (Figure 3).
14. Run engine. Check for proper coolant level.
