System Not Attaining Pleasent Temperature Condition Irregularly

COMPLAINT:
System not attaining pleasant temperature condition. In-car temperature as well as blower speed are fluctuating irregularly up and down.

Cause/Remedy:
a) Loose electrical contact on in-car sensor, sensor for heat exchanger, temperature dial, monovalve or on electronic switching unit for temperature control.

Check connections, rebend, if required.






b) Electronic switching unit (9) for temperature control damaged.
Renew electronic switching unit.






c) Monovalve (11) sticks occasionally.
Replace monovalve insert.
