Electromagnetic Actuator Input Test

1. Disconnect 2-pin plug on intake manifold. Select VOLTS AC on multimeter. Run engine at idle speed (620 ±40 rpm) and check voltage at sockets of 2-pin plug. If voltage is approximately 12 volts AC, the input is ok and the test is completed. If the input is not 12 vots AC, check the wiring. If it is ok, replace the idle speed control unit.
