Socket Box & Test Cable:

LED Blink Code Tester:

"LED" BLINK CODE TESTER

1. Remove the TCC push-button control unit.
2. Connect the Mercedes Benz socket box tester (brake-out box) or equivalent, in series with the TCC control unit.
3. Connect the red wire of the LED blink code tester to socket 10 and the brown wire of the LED tester to socket 9 of the socket box.
4. Turn the ignition "ON" and set the temperature wheel to 22°C. Push-buttons can be in any position.

Fault Table:

5. If a recognizable fault exists, the TCC control unit will pulse the LED.
6. Repair or replace defective components or wiring as necessary.
7. Repeat the procedure until no blink codes are present.
