Howling Noise from Timing Chain up to 1800 rpm

Cause:
The timing chain running ever the timing chain sprockets produces a turbine-like howling noise which can be heard at an engine speed up to 1800 rpm.

Remedy:
None. Replacing the timing chain, tensioner or sprockets will not eliminate this noise.
