SUBJECT:
MODIFIED PRETIGHTENING TORQUE FOR CONNECTING ROD BOLTS ENGINES 102, 115, 615, 616 AND 617

The pretightening torque for connecting rod bolts, which have been installed with a hammer during repair work, has been modified.

Tightening torque:
(hammer installed bolts)

Previous torque Modified torque
60-70 Nm 50-60 Nm

The angle of rotation torque remains unchanged (90-100°).

The pretightening torque for connecting rod bolts which have not been removed remains unchanged (40-50 Nm).
