AR67.30-P-4000-06GZ Prepare Rear Side Window For Installation

Repair Materials:

Wear cotton gloves. Ensure that no fingerprints are present in the area of the gluing surface (area A). To prevent adhesion problems when installing window, keep gluing surface free of dust, oil, grease, wax, dirt residues and other anti-adhesive components.

1. Check new rear side window (5) for damage.
The rear side window is not intended to be reused. Ensure that both rear-side clips are fitted on new rear side window and are undamaged (install new clips if necessary).

2. Attach cup suction tool to outside of rear side window.
3. Apply glass activator to gluing surface (area A) of rear side window with part of the paper towel and wipe with remaining paper towel.
Apply glass activator only to black gluing surface (area A). If glass activator gets onto transparent areas wipe off immediately. Allow glass activator to dry completely.

4. Apply glass primer to gluing surface (area A) of rear side window with application rod provided.
