AR67.30-P-4000-01GZ Cut Out Rear Side Window With Cutting Blade

DANGER: Risk of injury from slipping when clamping blade in the multicutter and from glass splinters when cutting out bonded windows.

Always interrupt air supply when inserting or removing blade. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.


Workshop Equipment:










1. Tape paintwork all-round from inside and outside in area of rear side window with fabric adhesive tape to prevent damage to paintwork.
2. Secure rear side window (5) from outside against falling down using fabric adhesive tape.
3. Clamp blade in compressed-air tool (component of cutting tool kit (compressed-air tool + blades)) so that it is straight.
4. Cut through glue bead of rear side window from the inside in area A. Guide the blade as close as possible to the vehicle body.
Carefully separate glue bead of rear side window so that electrical lines and electrical connectors of rear side window (if installed) are not damaged.

5. Fit cup suction tool and lift off rear side window while simultaneously loosening rear side window from both clips (4) on back.
The clips are destroyed when the rear side window is removed.
