Reason for change

Complaint:
"Squeaking/honking noise" from the front axle during strong suspension jounce or rebound, such as when driving over large road bumps or curbstones.





Attachments

Cause:
The noise is produced by the oil stream in the front axle damper flowing past the valve parts of the proportional valve (ADS module).

Remedy:
Replacement of suspension strut causing the noise.
