Reason for change Validity extended to include model series W166 and X166

Complaint:
Creaking noise from left or right front seat belt height adjustment mechanism.

Cause:
Friction between seat belt height adjustment journal in guide slot.

Remedy:

^ Remove B-pillar trim





^ Apply a small quantity of lubricant between the seat belt height adjustment journal and the guide slot (Pic_1) using a thin, pointed implement such as a needle

^ Install B-pillar trim

Note:
Do not replace the seat belt!
