Complaint:
^ Anti-theft alarm system (ATA) has false alarms

^ Head unit display flickers while driving

^ Indicator lamps in instrument cluster intermittently active while driving

^ Diagnosis with ATA sometimes not possible, although present in quick test

Cause:
CAN communication disrupted

Remedy:
Perform software update on ATA control unit.

All cases are to be reported via TIPS to the relevant market support department so that the software can be made available via TIPS.
