Oil filter:

Component Identification:

1 Remove front engine cover (1).

To prevent scratches and damage, lift front engine cover (1) straight up and out without tilting it and place it on a padded base.

Installation: Only install front engine cover (1) after completing all maintenance operations and leak test.

2 Remove and remove threaded cap (2).
3 Remove oil filter element (3) from oil filter housing.

To catch the dripping oil, use an oil receptacle.

4 Replace compression ring (4).
5 Install in the reverse order.
