1 Wind felt tape around antenna line (1) of GPS antenna (2).
2 Detach blue supporting body from the adapter line (5).
The blue supporting body is no longer required.
The adapter line (5) is connected to the antenna line (1) at a later stage.
3 Remove covering foil from GPS antenna (2).
4 Glue GPS antenna (2) into mounting slot in instrument cluster.
The GPS antenna's (2) opening must face towards the windshield.
5 Use felt tape to additionally fasten GPS antenna (2) in place.
6.1 Route antenna line (1) to radio opening.
For installation of COMAND APS.
6.2 Route antenna line (1) to glove box.
For installation of bracket for navigation module.





7 Connect adapter line (5) to antenna line (1).
Perform operation step 8 for installation of COMAND APS only.
8 Install adapter line (5) in free slot of blue supporting body (8) of Bluetooth antenna line (7).
If necessary, blue supporting body (8) of Bluetooth antenna line (7) must be removed and replaced with a blue supporting body (8) with two slots.
For this, the adapter line (5) must be installed in the left slot above the lock (9).
