Reason for change Counter measure available

Complaint:
Vehicle stumbles and bucks for a few minutes after a cold start when outside temperature is low (no DTCs). Engine runs rough in a warm up phase.

Cause:
Engine control module (CDI) software tolerance.

Remedy:
A counter measure (software update) is available.

The software is available on the following:

AddOn 2210 which works with the SDS DVD update 11/2011

AddOn 2211 which works with the SDS DVD update 01/2012

Both AddOns are available online.

Please update (flash / reprogram) the CDI control module using the SDS with the latest information.
