1 Detach cover (1) from SAM control unit (N10).
Installation: Check seal on cover (1) and replace if necessary.
2 Pull starter circuit 50 relay (F58kM) out of slot "M" on SAM control unit (N10).
3 Open covering cap (2a) on prefuse box.
4 Mount connection line (3) for compression recorder on prefuse box.
5 Connect compression recorder with adapter line (4) from the electrical connection kit to slot "87" (see arrow) of the SAM control unit (N10).
The slot allocations are on the starter circuit 50 relay (F58k).
The electrical feed line must not be inserted in slot "87a". A fuse will blow otherwise.
