1 Apply adhesive bead with triangular nozzle starting at bottom in center of side window.
When applying, the adhesive bead must have the same height as the triangular nozzle cutout. Apply first 5 cm of adhesive bead onto a piece of cardboard, since the components are not yet properly mixed at the beginning. Always apply adhesive bead to side window (1). On 2-component adhesive install window (1) within 5 minutes and on 1-component adhesive install within 10 minutes, otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.
To correctly apply adhesive bead, hold cartridge gun at right angle to window. Cartridge gun







2. Allow end of adhesive bead to run out parallel to start of adhesive bead.
3. Smooth adhesive bead to obtain uniform shape.







4. Install cup suction tool on side window (1).

5. Lift side window (1) and center with adhesive strip (12) above window cutout, carefully lay down and press on.
It is no longer possible to align the side window (1) after installing. The side window (1) should only be pushed by one person, because simultaneously pushing from both sides can lead to window breakage. Open a crank window on the vehicle, so that the side window (1) cannot be pressed out by the air pressure when closing the door.
Curing time:
1-component adhesive at least 2 h
2-component adhesive at least 1 h
