GF67.29-D-2005H Low Voltage Cut-Out, Function

GF67.29-D-2005H Low Voltage Cut-out, Function

- with CODE (H22) Heated rear window

- with CODE (W78) Window in tailgate or hinged rear door with wipe/washer system

Function requirements:
- Heated rear window (HHS) activated
- Circuit 61 ON
If voltage is too low before the RWD system is activated (U < 10.5 V), the RWD is not activated. This is indicated by an LED flashing in the rear window heater button (N72/1s3).

The UCP control unit (N72/1) monitors the vehicle electrical system of the RWD system.

If voltage is too low (U < 10.5 V) for t = 5 s, the RWD system is temporarily deactivated. The UCP control unit deletes the message "UCP_A1 HHS_ON (heated rear window ON)" from the controller area network, class B (interior compartment) (CAN B) and actuates the LED in the rear window heater button for another t = 30 s an. If the restart voltage (U > 11 V) returns within t = 30 s, the UCP control unit transmits the message "UCP_A1 HHS_ON (heated rear window ON)" via CAN B and the RWD system is reactivated. The LED in the rear window heater button is still on.

Otherwise the message "UCP_A1 HHS_ON (heated rear window ON)" remains deleted; the LED in the rear window heater button flashes for t = 5 s and then goes out.
