AR14.40-D-2014-02S Empty, Fill AdBlue Tank








Drain

1 Unscrew cap (2) from AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).





2 Unclip drain hose (4) from AdBlue(R) tank (3).
3 Place clean container (6) under drain hose (4).

Prevent container (6) from falling.

4 Detach plug (5) and allow AdBlue(R) to drain off completely into the container (6).

Press-in both notches (arrows) and release plug (5).

5 Clean drain hose (4) on connection immediately and then seal with plug (5).





Fill

6 Place a sheet and absorbent paper on working area around AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
7 Fill new AdBlue(R) up to start of thread (arrow) of cap (2) in AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
8 Remove sheet and paper.

No paper should find its way into the AdBlue(R) filler neck (1) and AdBlue(R) tank. The AdBlue(R) system may be damaged otherwise.

9 Remove the AdBlue(R) residues.
10 Remove cap (2) from AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
