Support fixture





1 Attach puller with jaws to idler gear for 1st gear (7) and pull off synchronizer unit for reverse gear (1), synchronizer ring (2), idler gear for reverse gear (3) and idler gear for 1st gear (7).
2 Detach puller with jaws.





3 Remove synchronizer unit of reverse gear (1), synchronizer ring (2), idler gear of reverse gear (3), needle bearing of reverse gear (4), bearing bushing of reverse gear (5), thrust plate (6), idler gear of 1st gear (7) and remove needle bearing of 1st gear (8).





4 Remove friction ring (9), cone ring (10) and synchronizer ring (11).
5 Remove circlip (12).





6 Attach the puller with jaws to idler gear of 2nd gear (17) and pull off synchronizer unit of 1st/2nd gear (13) and idler gear of 2nd gear (17).

7 Detach puller with jaws.





8 Remove synchronizer unit of 1st/2nd gear (13), synchronizer ring (14), cone ring (15), friction ring (16), idler gear of 2nd gear (17) and needle bearing of 2nd gear (18).





9 Remove main shaft from the support fixture and remove synchronizer ring (25) with clutch body (26).





10 Attach main shaft, drive side upwards, with the clutch body (22) on the workshop press mount.

Support main shaft from underneath to prevent it from falling down.

11 Remove circlip (27).
12 Press off clutch body (22), synchronizer ring (23) and synchronizer unit of 5th/6th gear (24).
13 Remove idler gear of 6th gear (21) and needle bearing of 6th gear (20).
