SM26.55-D-0001-07AK Premount Oil Pump, Fix Installation Position
- TRANSMISSION 711.651 /660 in MODEL 906
- with CODE (GK4) preinstallation for transmission cooling





1 Align oil pump centrally on retaining plates.

Distance 40 mm from below and 10 mm from above

2 Drill bolt holes in retaining plates.
3 Attach retaining plates to oil pump console.
4 Mount silent blocks on retaining plates.
5 Pre-assemble retaining plates on silent blocks.

Do not use any self-locking nuts for pre-assembly.





6 Insert oil pump at the reinforcement next to the entrance box, fix in position with C-clamp and spot-weld retaining plates to crossmember.

Attach oil pump as far as possible on the right for screwing in the banjo bolt and pay attention to adequate clearance

7 Remove oil pump with retaining plates and silent blocks.





8 Weld both retaining plates to the reinforcement.
9 Reproduce paintwork structure (prime and paint).
10 Remove fitting of feed (pressure side) of oil pump
11 Mount oil pump with retaining plates and silent blocks.

Use self-locking nuts.
