Function: The engine should not be able to be started anymore via a switch which at input 01 (plug 2, pin 4) is connected to the parameterizable special module (PSM).

Precondition: If it is detected that the starter is active while the requirement is set, the input is ignored and the internal request is reset.

Reactivation cannot only be performed if the "Terminal 15R" signal was or is inactive.
