A Installed dimension

As of production date 07/2010 a modified rubber mount (1) is fitted onto the front-axle torsion bar. In contrast to the old rubber bushing (3), this is a torsion bearing, which has to be installed and bolted at the zero position. The stabilizer bar (2) is then hooked into the link rods.

In a repair instance, care must be taken to ensure that only the new rubber mounts (1) are installed. Both sides must always be processed.

The bearing shells with bolts are also to be replaced during the change, because the geometry of the bearing shells was changed.
