Location

The electronic level control valve unit is located on the left vehicle underside level with the rear axle.

Location

The level control valve unit is located in the center of the vehicle's low frame level with the rear axle.

Task

The level control valve unit uses the integrated left rear level control valve (Y36y1) or the integrated right rear level control valve (Y36y2) to regulate how air is supplied to or removed from each air bellows to match the actuation by the ELC control unit (N97), (for model 639 (N51/3)).

Design

The level control valve unit contains the left rear level control valve and the right rear level control valve.
