DANGER: stands for safety notes (dangerous situations) stands for warning notes (quality of work).

In order to rule out any risk of personal injury, to maintain the reliability and safety of the vehicle, and to prevent damage to the vehicle, these instructions are to be read carefully and complied with in full.

However, it is not possible for Daimler AG to ultimately evaluate every situation which might present a risk of injury for the operative.

It is therefore critical that anyone performing maintenance or repair work applies his knowledge of the subject to ensure that his own safety is not at risk, that the method of working selected does not impair the operation or safety of the vehicle and that neither the vehicle nor its major assemblies or components are damaged.
