1 Install transmission support fixture (1) at threaded holes in left and right longitudinal frame member.

To ensure tight seating of transmission during assembly work.





Should no threaded holes be present in the longitudinal frame member (6), insert tapping plates (5) in the bores in the right and left longitudinal frame member and then screw transmission support fixture (1) onto the tapping plates (5).





2 Undo bolts (2) on left and right engine mount.








3 Remove bolts (3) of left and right spring clamp plate.
4 Position assembly device (4) using transmission jack on front axle and screw the bolts (3) into the threaded holes.
