GF77.20-D-2008H Automatic Opening/Closing of Tilting/Sliding Roof, Function

GF77.20-D-2008H Automatic Opening/closing Of Tilting/sliding Roof, Function

- with CODE (D27) Power glass tilting/sliding roof

Function requirements:
- Circuit 15R ON
- Front tilting/sliding roof (M12) normalized
- Before it is actuated again, the DBE control unit (N70) recognizes the park position of the tilting/sliding roof control button (N70s1) for t = 50 ms.
- No overvoltage or undervoltage
Overvoltage is present when voltage > 16.5 V. Undervoltage is present when voltage < 9 V.
The "Automatically open or close front tilting/sliding roof" is limited in the denormalized state.Requests via the transmitter key are still possible, because it is a manual function.

Activation is accomplished by actuating the tilting/sliding roof control button beyond the pressure point

Sliding roof automatic opening, function

The front tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated via the DBE control unit by momentarily pulling the tilting/sliding roof control button toward the rear beyond the pressure point (M12m1) and the sliding roof is automatically moved to the end position. If the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated in any direction, the actuation of the front tilting/sliding roof motor is interrupted and the sliding roof remains in the current position. The sliding roof is in the closed position at the front stop and in the end position at the rear stop.

Sliding roof automatic closing, function

The front tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated via the DBE control unit by momentarily pressing the tilting/sliding roof control button toward the front beyond the pressure point and the sliding roof is automatically moved to the closed position.

If the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated in any direction, the actuation of the front tilting/sliding roof motor is interrupted and the sliding roof remains in the current position. The sliding roof is in the closed position at the front stop and in the end position at the rear stop.

Tilting roof automatic opening, function

The front tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated by the DBE control unit by momentarily pressing the tilting/sliding roof control button upward beyond the pressure point and the tilting roof is automatically moved the tilting position (ventilation position).

If the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated in any direction, the actuation of the front tilting/sliding roof motor is interrupted and the tilting roof remains in the current position. In the closed position, the tilting roof is located at the front stop in a defined position between the front and rear stop in the tilting position (ventilation position).

Tilting roof automatic closing, function

The front tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated via the DBE control unit by momentarily pulling the tilting/sliding roof control button downward beyond the pressure point and the tilting roof is automatically moved to the closed position. If the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated in any direction, the actuation of the front tilting/sliding roof motor is interrupted and the tilting roof remains in the current position. In the closed position, the tilting roof is located at the front stop, in the tilting position (ventilation position) it is located at a defined position between the front and rear stops.

The tilting/sliding roof control button must be actuated for t > 50 ms. If the DBE control unit recognizes that the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated for ≥ 25 s, actuation of the front tilting/sliding roof motor is denormalized and an error is stored. When the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated again, the DBE control unit must previously recognize the park position of the tilting/sliding roof control button for t = 50 ms.

Lock-up

If lock-up is recognized, the front tilting/sliding roof reverses directions, e.g. the front tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated in the opposite direction and is deactivated after t = 160 ms

Obstruction

After obstruction is recognized by the excess force limiter, the front tilting/sliding roof reverses directions, e.g. the front tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated in the opposite direction and is deactivated after t = 160 ms.

Emergency operation

The position is not sensed when the front tilting/sliding roof is actuated with the emergency operation. It is then necessary to "normalize" the front tilting/sliding roof.

Roller sun blind, function

The roller sun blind can be moved toward the front or rear using the handle mounted on the roller sun blind. The roller sun blind remains in the corresponding position. The roller sun blind is automatically rolled up.
