The following steps are shown on model 906.633.

1. Expose spot welds on dash support paneling (1) (areas A, B, C and D).
2. Cut out spot welds on dash support paneling (1) using spot weld milling cutter or Vario Drill spot weld removing tool (areas A, B, C and D).
3. Remove damaged dash support paneling (1).







4. Grind cross-hatched areas down to bare metal using round wire brush.
5. Remove grinding and drill shavings using wet/dry vacuum cleaner.
6. Coat insides of spot weld flanges with zinc dust paint.
