1 Route FleetBoard wiring harness on front roof over the left A-pillar along the existing lines to the fuse block (9 fuses) in the driver footwell and fix in place using cable ties.
2 Establish electrical connection between the 15-pin plug (3.1) from the FleetBoard control unit wiring harness (3) and the 15-pin coupling (2.1) from the FleetBoard wiring harness (2).
On vehicles without "DispoPilot.mobile+".

3 Route 18-pin coupling (3.2) to installation location of FleetBoard control unit.
On vehicles without "DispoPilot.mobile+".

4 Insert grommet (15) into hole made in the roof frame.







5 Expose red line (rd) of FleetBoard wiring harness in area of fuse block (9 fuses) (F55/2).
6 Release connector on fuse block (9 fuses) (F55/2) and remove.
7.1 Cut red line (rd) to suitable length, crimp on appropriate SLK connector and plug into contact cavity 4 of connector on fuse block (9 fuses) (F55/2).
Insert 7.5 A fuse into slot 13.
On vehicles without code (H11) Warm air auxiliary heater or without code (H12) Auxiliary heater (hot water).

7.2 Cut red line (rd) to suitable length and connect using potential distributor to the existing line in contact cavity 4 of connector on fuse block (9 fuses) (F55/2).
On vehicles with code (H11) Warm air auxiliary heater or without code (H12) Auxiliary heater (hot water).
The given fuse 13 (7.5 A), heater timer for warm air (F55/2f4) does not have to be replaced.

8 Plug connector onto fuse block (9 fuses) (F55/2).
9 Use cable tie to fix red line (rd) in place.







10 Route FleetBoard wiring harness (2) from driver footwell to PSM control unit (N26/15) and fasten using felt tape (16) to the body.







11 Release black 21-pin coupling (2.3) and white 21-pin coupling (2.4) on PSM control unit (N26/15) and remove.
12 Cut blue line (bl) to suitable length, crimp on appropriate SLK connector and plug into contact cavity 18 of the black 21-pin coupling (2.3).
13 Cut yellow line (ye) to suitable length, crimp on appropriate SLK connector and plug into contact cavity 15 of the black 21-pin coupling (2.3).
14 Cut black/yellow line (bk/ye) to suitable length, crimp on appropriate SLK connector and plug into contact cavity 4 of the white 21-pin coupling (2.4).
15 Cut brown line (bn) to suitable length, crimp on corresponding eyelet and connect to driver seat base ground point 1 (W71/1).
16 Connect white 21-pin coupling (2.4) and black 21-pin coupling (2.3) to PSM control unit (N26/15).







Only perform operation steps 17 to 21 when installing the "DispoPilot.mobile+" (7).

17 Connect 15-pin plug (6.1) of FleetBoard/DispoPilot control unit wiring harness (6) with 15-pin coupling (2.1) of FleetBoard wiring harness (2).
18 Route white 18-pin coupling (6.5) and blue 18-pin coupling (6.4) to installation location of FleetBoard control unit.
19 Route FleetBoard/DispoPilot control unit wiring harness (6) to "DispoPilot.mobile+" installation location (7).
20 Mount "DispoPilot.mobile+" (7).
21 Connect 9-pin coupling (6.2) and 3-pin coupling (6.3) to "DispoPilot.mobile+" (7).
