- with CODE (CL4) Multifunction steering wheel with trip computer
- with CODE (EF9) Sound 20 radio







1 Scribe hole according to outline at glove box (16).
2 Drill hole for cable boot with dia. 19 mm and deburr.







Dimensions:
a = 19 mm
b = 13 mm







3 Lead electrical wiring harness for iPod (3) through hole in glove box (16) and install rubber grommet (17) in hole.







4 Install glove box (16) with glove compartment (18).
Clip on connector (19) of glove box illumination (E13/1). With code (HH9) Regulated air conditioning attach cooled air hose (20) to glove box (16).

5 Route electrical wiring harness for iPod to iPod interface, connect and fix in place with cable ties.







6 Install cover (21) below air vent.







7 Bond cradle (15) for iPod, as shown, in glove compartment with universal adhesive or velcro strip (from installation kit).
Bonding surface must be dry and free of dust and grease to avoid adhesion problems.
The installation of the cradle (15) is to be agreed with the customer.
