AR67.20-D-5145-04A Install Rear Window

1. Apply adhesive bead only with blue triangular nozzle (7 x 8 mm with guide lug).
Apply first 5 cm of adhesive bead on a piece of cardboard, since the components are not yet mixed correctly at the beginning. The height of the bead should be the same as the cutout on the triangular nozzle (approx. 7 mm) during application, because when too much adhesive is applied, the adhesive oozes out at the edge when the window is installed. Apply adhesive bead to window. On 2-component adhesive install window within 5 minutes and on 1-component adhesive install within 10 minutes, otherwise the adhesive force of the glue starts to decrease.
To correctly apply adhesive bead, hold cartridge gun at right angle to window.

2. Feather end of adhesive bead at the beginning of adhesive bead.
3. Smooth adhesive bead to obtain uniform shape.
4. Position cup suction tool on window.
Suction lifting device

5. Position window at spacers, lay down carefully and press on.
Do not press on too firmly. Open sliding door so that window is not pressed toward outside by air pressure when rear door is closed.
Curing time:
1-component adhesive at least 2 h
2-component adhesive at least 1 h
