GF77.20-D-2042H Manually Close Rear Sliding Roof Unit, Function
GF77.20-D-2042H Manually Close Rear Sliding Roof Unit, Function
- with CODE (D24) Power tilting/sliding roof, passenger compartment
Function requirements:
- Circuit 15R ON
- Before it is actuated again, the DBE control unit (N70) recognizes the park position of the tilting/sliding roof control button (N70s1) for t = 50 ms
- No overvoltage or undervoltage
Overvoltage is present when voltage > 16.5 V. Undervoltage is present when voltage < 9 V.
Only the manual functions of the rear tilting/sliding roof (M12/1) are available.
Activation is accomplished by actuating the tilting/sliding roof control button up to the pressure point
The rear tilting/sliding roof motor (M12/1m1) is actuated via the DBE control unit by pressing and holding down the tilting/sliding roof control button in the driving direction to the pressure point and the sliding roof is moved manually to the closed position. When the tilting/sliding roof control button is released, the sliding roof remains in the current position. The sliding roof is in the closed position at the front stop and in the end position at the rear stop.
The rear tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated via the DBE control unit by pulling and holding down the tilting/sliding roof control button downward to the pressure point and the tilting roof is moved manually to the closed position.
If the tilting/sliding roof control button is released, the tilting roof remains in the current position. In the closed position, the tilting roof is at the front stop, in the tilting position (ventilation position) it is located at a defined position between the front and rear stops.
Automatic 4 mm closing (detection circuit)
If the rear tilting/sliding roof is ≤ 4 mm in front or behind the stop after releasing the tilting/sliding roof control button, the DBE control unit actuates the rear tilting/sliding roof motor until the sliding roof is closed 4 mm or the tilting roof is lowered 4 mm.This ensures that the rear tilting/sliding roof is closed securely and prevents water entry.
The tilting/sliding roof control button must be actuated for t > 50 ms. If the DBE control unit recognizes that the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated for ≥ 25 s, the actuation of the rear tilting/sliding roof motor is deactivated and an error is stored. When the tilting/sliding roof control button is actuated again, the DBE control unit must previously recognize the park position of the tilting/sliding roof control button for t = 50 ms.
Lock-up
After lock-up is recognized, the rear tilting/sliding roof reverses direction, e.g. the rear tilting/sliding roof motor is actuated in the opposite direction and is deactivated after t = 160 ms.
Emergency operation
The position is not sensed if the rear tilting/sliding roof is actuated with the emergency operation. It is then necessary to "normalize" the rear tilting/sliding roof.
Roller sun blind, function
The roller sun blind can be moved toward the front or rear using the handle mounted on the roller sun blind. The roller sun blind remains in the corresponding position. The roller sun blind is automatically rolled up.
