GF72.29-D-2016H Normalization, Function

GF72.29-D-2016H Normalization, Function

- with CODE (T55) Electrical actuation for right sliding door

- with CODE (T56) Electrical actuation for left sliding door

General

An electric load compartment sliding door (E-LST) is normalized, when the current position of the E-LST, relative to the front lock-up position (E-LST closed), is known.

Function requirements
- The E-LST is closed and is in the front lock-up position (lock in main catch).
- The E-LST must have been moved before the lock-up position.

Denormalization

Denormalization is performed under the following conditions:
- Extreme failure of power supply (circuit 30).
- When opening an E-LST, a position status higher than the maximum permissible door travel is reached.
- When closing, the maximum zero point tolerance is exceeded.
- The values from the motor monitoring sensors (Hall sensor) (right sliding door drive (M73/1) or left sliding door drive (M73/2)) are implausible.
- Manually actuated denormalization via STAR DIAGNOSIS.

Synchronizing

Renormalization of the system is required after initial operation of the E-LST or each time circuit 30 is reset. For this purpose, define once the closed position (lock in main catch) of sliding door, with code (T16) Right sliding door or with code (T19) Left sliding door.

Manually close corresponding sliding door (continuous button actuation) so that the right sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch (M14/27s1) or left sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch (M14/28s1) is actuated. This position is used as zero position.

Renormalization

When the E-LST is closed manually or automatically and a lock-up position is recognized in the range of the zero point tolerance for t > 50 ms via the right sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch or left sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch, renormalization is performed, i.e. the position counter is reset.
