Location
The front Parktronic warning indicator at left and right front are located in the outside mirrors.

Task
To display the distance to an obstacle in the rear monitoring range. Issuance of an acoustic warning signal over the PTS buzzer (A44/12) when a minimum distance is infringed.

Design
The front Parktronic warning indicator at left and right front consist in each case of 12 yellow and 4 red light emitting diodes (LED), the frame, transducer and the microprocessor, which evaluates and converts the data from the PTS control unit (N62).
