Open window via "Recirculated air" function
By pressing the air recirculation mode button the AAC control and operating unit (S98) for > 1.5 s, the windows can be opened to the previous position via the air recirculation button after previous comfort closing. The actuation request is relayed via CAN-B to the driver door control unit (N69/1) and SAM control unit (N10), which then actuates the driver door power window motor (M10/1) and front passenger door power window motor (M10/2).
The front windows open up to the stored position, if the current window position is at least 8 Hall pulses above the stored opening position. A window will not be activated if it is positioned less than 8 Hall pulses above the stored opening position, or if it has in the meantime been lowered to below the stored position.
The rear vent window, with code (W32) Rear power vent windows in passenger compartment, can be opened via the "Recirculated air" function.
If "Closing" via the air recirculation mode button is initiated again during the "Opening" sequence before the stored position is reached, then the initially stored opening position is retained. The motion is reversed immediately.
