1 Detach propeller shaft center support bearing (3) and, if fitted, protective cap using puller and drift (drift = thrust piece).





2 Check protective cap (4) on propeller shaft and, replace if necessary.

If damaged, use punch to drive protective cap off the propeller shaft.
