1 Press flange (3) with propeller shaft center support bearing (2) off propeller shaft (1).

Use suitable drift for this.





2 Pry propeller shaft center support bearing (2) and, if fitted, protective cap using drift off the flange (3).

Only perform this operation step if the flange (3) was not replaced. Support propeller shaft center support bearing (2) underneath with suitable square profiles (5).





3 Check protective cap (4) on propeller shaft and, replace if necessary.

If damaged, use punch to drive protective cap (4) off the propeller shaft.
