Open coupling







1 Pull catch spring (2) on both sides out of position (arrows A) to the front in position (arrows B) until it engages.
Do not bend or deform the catch spring (2) otherwise correct locking when connecting the charge air hose (1) is no longer achieved.
The catch spring (2) must not project through the opening (arrow C) inwards otherwise the charge air hose (1) is not completely unlocked.

2 Detach charge air hose (1) from the respective connection.

Close coupling
3 Clean connection for the charge air hose (1) using rags.
4 Press back catch spring (2) on both sides out of the position (arrows B) into the position (arrows A).
The catch spring (2) must project through the opening arrow C) in the charge air hose (1).

5 Place charge air hose (1) on the respective connection.
The catch spring (2) must audibly lock. Check for correct lock through multiple, careful pulling on the charge air hose (1).
