AR14.40-D-2014-02A Empty, Fill AdBlue Tank








Drain

1 Place a sheet and absorbent paper on working area around AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
2 Unscrew cap (2) from AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
3 Extend suction side of BLUETEC AdBlue extraction pump with hose from the conversion kit.

4 Suction off AdBlue(R) over the AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).





Fill

5 Fill new AdBlue(R) up to start of thread (arrow) of cap (2) in AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
6 Remove sheet and paper.

No paper should find its way into the AdBlue(R) filler neck (1) and AdBlue(R) tank. The AdBlue(R) system may be damaged otherwise.

7 Remove the AdBlue(R) residues.
8 Remove cap (2) from AdBlue(R) filler neck (1).
