Remove wheel hub

1 Bend up locking plate (1).
2 Unscrew outer slotted nut (2) using.

3 Remove locking plate (1).
4 Unscrew inner slotted nut using
5 Remove thrust plate (3).
6 Remove wheel hub (4) with outer wheel bearing (5).








Put on wheel hub

7 Put wheel hub (4) onto axle tube.
8 Insert outer wheel bearing (5).

Grease outer wheel bearing (5) beforehand.

9 Put on thrust plate (3).





10 Screw on inner slotted nut (2).

Tighten inner slotted nut (2) to the specified torque whilst constantly turning the wheel hub. Turn back inner slotted nut (2) and then tighten until it abuts the thrust plate with zero clearance. Then turn back 1/8 revolution.





11 Fit locking plate (1).

Replace locking plate (1).

12 Tighten outer slotted nut to the specified torque.
