1.1 Check front interior illumination.
On vehicles without code (LD0) dome lamp with reading lights for driver/front passenger

Procedure as for the following example on model 906:
The dome lamp with front switch (E15/1) is switched on by turning the switch counterclockwise, in the center position of the switch the dome lamp with front switch (E15/1) is switched off and by turning the switch clockwise the dome lamp with front switch (E15/1) is switched on and off by opening/closing the door.

On models 690.6, 901 to 905 the testing of front interior illumination is carried out corresponding to model 906 The same applies to models 690.6, 901, 906 with other equipment variants, than shown in the example.







1.2 Check front interior illumination.
On vehicles without code (LD0) dome lamp with reading lights for driver/front passenger

The left, right front dome lamps (N70e1, N70e2) in the OCP control unit (N70) are switched ON and OFF by pressing the interior lamp ON and OFF switch (N70s2). When the door contact ON and OFF switch is operated (N70s5) the front left, right front dome lamps (N70e1, N70e2) are switched on and off by opening/closing the door.
The front left, right reading lamps (N70s3, N70s4) are switched on/off by operating the left, right reading lamp buttons (N70e3, N70e4).







2 Check rear interior illumination.
Procedure as for the following example on model 906:
The dome lamp with rear switch (E15/38) is switched on by turning the rear dome lamp switch (S18/1) counterclockwise (5), in the center position (4) of the rear dome lamp switch (S18/1) the dome lamp is switched off with the rear switch (E15/38) by turning the rear dome lamp switch (S18/1) clockwise (3) the dome lamp with rear switch is switched on and off by opening/closing the doorE15/38

On models 690.6, 901 to 905 a check of the rear interior lamp is made analog to model 906.
This is also valid for models 690.6, 901 to 906 with other equipment variants than those shown in the example.
