GF54.30-D-2020HH Settings On Workshop Level, Function

- with CODE (JK3) High-end instrument cluster with speedometer in km

Adjust workshop level in the instrument cluster (A1)
The function requirement for setting the workshop level is "circuit 15R ON".
The following steps are necessary to enter the "Workshop level" display in the display (A1p1) of the instrument cluster:
- Press and hold down the reset button (A1s2) on the instrument cluster for 20 s until a brief warning tone is given.
- Then press the lower button of the system selection button (S111s3).
- The workshop level appears on the display of the instrument cluster.

It is possible to change between the following subsystems using the scroll forward/back button (S111s1) on the multifunction steering wheel (MFL):
- Software status
- Hardware status
- instrument cluster customer article number
- Oil level indicator
- Status of Controller Area Network bus class B (interior) (CAN-B)
- Status of Controller Area Network bus class C (engine compartment) (CAN-C)
- Battery voltage indicator (G1)
- Dynamometer test mode

Switch on roller test mode
With the roller test mode the wheel speeds of the driven axle are reflected in the non-driven axle. This is necessary on the brake test stand in order to ensure that no fault is entered in the ESP control unit (N30/4).
To do this, the following adjustment must be made:
- Set the workshop level on the display of the instrument cluster.
- Press the scroll forward/back button until the dynamometer test mode appears in the display of the instrument cluster.
- Switch on the dynamometer test mode using the + and - button (S110s1).

In the "Dynamometer test mode", it is possible to select between "ON" and "with circuit 15 OFF" using the + and - button:
- If the "ON" state is selected, the "Dynamometer test mode" system screen is displayed again after a circuit change from "circuit 15R OFF" to "circuit 15R ON" (reminder message).
- If the "with circuit 15 OFF" state is selected, the "Base function" system with the "Trip odometer, main odometer" basic system display is shown after a circuit change from "circuit 15R OFF" to "circuit 15R ON".
