As of production period 06/2009 the rear axles (741.413/414/416/420) are equipped with a modified sealing (1) for the parking brake shoe adjuster (2).

In a repair instance, care must be taken to ensure that only the new sealings (1) are installed. Old sealings (3) must be replaced with the new sealings (1). Both sides must always be processed.

Installation: To install the new sealing (1) the adjuster (2) has to be removed.
