GF91.30-D-2002H Switch Over Seat Heater, Function
GF91.30-D-2002H Switch Over Seat Heater, Function
- with CODE (H15) Heater for front passenger seat
- with CODE (H16) Heater for driver seat
Function requirements:
- Circuit 15R ON
- Heated seats (HS) are activated
- No overvoltage or undervoltage
The switchover from heating stage 1 to heating stage 2 is performed by pressing the left heated seat button (N72/1s2) or right heated seat button (N72/1s10) downwards. This is indicated by the illumination of the 2 light emitting diodes (LEDs) in the left heated seat button or right heated seat button.
The switchover from heating stage 2 to heating stage 1 is performed by pressing the left heated seat button or right heated seat button upwards. This is indicated by the illumination of one of the LEDs in the left heated seat button or right heated seat button.
According to the heating level, the OBF control unit (N72/1) increases or reduces the power output, i.e. the respective amperage which heats the filament, to the following heating elements:
- Driver seat heated cushion (R13/1)
- Driver seat backrest heated cushion (R13/2)
- Front passenger seat heated cushion (R13/3)
- Front passenger seat backrest heated cushion (R13/4)
Automatic switchover to heating stage 1 at the end of the heat-up time
Function prerequisites:
- Circuit 15R ON
- Heated seats are activated
- No overvoltage or undervoltage
If the maximum heat-up time of t = 5 min has been reached, the OBF control unit automatically triggers the switchover from heating stage 2 to heating stage 1. This is indicated by one of the LEDs in the left heated seat button or right heated seat button going off.
The OBF control unit reduces the power output, i.e. the respective amperage which heats the filament, to the following heating elements:
- Driver seat heated cushion
- Driver seat backrest heated cushion
- Front passenger seat heated cushion
- Front passenger seat backrest heated cushion
