GF91.30-D-2000H Switch On Seat Heater, Function

- with CODE (H15) Heater for front passenger seat
- with CODE (H16) Heater for driver seat

Function requirements:
- Circuit 15R ON
- No overvoltage or undervoltage

Heating stage 1 of the heated seats system is activated by pressing the left heated seat button (N72/1s2) or right heated seat button (N72/1s10) upwards. This is indicated by the illumination of one of the light emitting diodes (LEDs) in the left heated seat button or right heated seat button.

Heating stage 2 of the heated seats is activated by pressing the left heated seat button or right heated seat button downwards. This is indicated by the illumination of the second LED in the left heated seat button or right heated seat button.

The OBF control unit (N72/1) reads in the signals of the left heated seat button or right heated seat button and controls the power output, i.e. the respective amperage for heating the filament, to the following heating elements according to the heating stage selected:
- Driver seat heated cushion (R13/1)
- Driver seat backrest heated cushion (R13/2)
- Front passenger seat heated cushion (R13/3)
- Front passenger seat backrest heated cushion (R13/4)
Heating stage 2 of the heated seats is automatically switched over to stage 1 after approximately t = 5 min.
