M12 Front tilting/sliding roof

Location

The front tilting/sliding roof is located in the roof of the driver compartment.

Task

The front tilting/sliding roof serves for supplying fresh air and replacing the air in the interior compartment.

Design

The front tilting/sliding roof consists of the front tilting/sliding roof motor (M12m1) with front tilting/sliding roof hall sensor (M12b1) and front tilting/sliding roof Hall sensor (M12b2), the guide rails, the cables, the glass roof and the roller sun blind.
