GF72.29-D-2012HE Actuate Electric Load Component Sliding Door (E-LST), Function

- with CODE (T55) Electrical actuation for right sliding door Keyless Entry

- with CODE (T56) Electrical actuation for left sliding door Keyless Entry

Function requirements for opening:
- No overvoltage or undervoltage
- Valid transmitter key (A8/1) outside of vehicle

Opening sequence when approaching passenger side:
- When the vehicle is approached, the transmitter key is woken up and identified by the vehicle
- If a valid transmitter key is recognized, the system then attempts to locate the transmitter key
- STR control unit (N69/6) transmits to opening assist
- Signal "Open E-LST lock"

- Electric load compartment sliding door lock (E-LST) on STR control unit
- Signal "Lock actuated" from right sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch (M14/27s1)

- STR control unit to right sliding door drive (M73/1)
- The right sliding door drive moves the E-LST to the "E-LST open" position.

The anti-pinch protection is active during the complete opening path.

Opening sequence when approaching driver side:
- When the vehicle is approached, the transmitter key is woken up and identified by the vehicle
- Vehicle changes from status "Locked centrally" to "Unlocked selectively"
Opening of the E-LST from the driver side can be programmed, instead of selective unlocking of the driver door, via STAR DIAGNOSIS. The sequence "Open when approaching driver side" then corresponds analogously to "Open when approaching passenger side.".

Function requirements for closing:
- No overvoltage or undervoltage
- Valid transmitter key outside of vehicle taken away

Closing sequence:
- The STR control unit or STL control unit (N69/7) transmit to the right sliding door drive or left sliding door drive (M73/2)
- The right sliding door drive or left sliding door drive move the E-LST in the "E-LST closed" position

- E-LST lock to right sliding door control unit or left sliding door control unit
- Signal "Door closed" of right sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch or left sliding door CL rotary tumbler switch (M14/28s1) to right sliding door control unit or to left sliding door control unit

- Vehicles changes from status "Unlocked globally" to "Locked globally"
The anti-pinch protection is active up to the pre-locking position.
