AZ82.60-D-0001-03A Retrofit IPod Interface
- with CODE (CL4) Multifunction steering wheel with trip computer
- with CODE (EF9) Sound 20 radio


1 Bond iPod interface (1) as shown with velcro strip (12) and felt (13) included in installation kit.
Bonding surface must be dry and free of dust and grease to avoid adhesion problems. Ensure that all connections to iPod interface (1) remain accessible.

2 Connect electrical wiring harness for iPod interface (2) to iPod interface (1).







Dimensions of velcro strip (12):
Length = 100 mm
Width = 40 mm







3 Place iPod interface (1), as shown, on strut (14) of instrument panel and mark position.
4 Cut velcro strip and bond to strut (14) up to mark.
Bonding surface must be dry and free of dust and grease to avoid adhesion problems. Ensure that all connections to iPod interface (1) remain accessible.

5 Attach iPod interface (1) to strut via velcro strip.
6 Fix cable in place in footwell with cable tie.
Route electrical wiring harness for iPod interface and electrical wiring harness for iPod such that these are not damaged by chafing or crushing, otherwise a short circuit may occur.
