GF80.50-D-2003H Deactivate Anti-Theft Alarm System, Function

- with CODE (FZ5) Anti-theft alarm system (ATA [EDW])
- with CODE (FZ4) Anti-theft alarm system with interior protection and towing sensor
- with CODE (FY1) ATA 2 with interior protection, towing sensor and battery-operated horn

Deactivation of the anti-theft alarm system (ATA) is possible with the "Unlock" transmit button on the transmitter key (A8/1) or by inserting the transmitter key into the EIS control unit (N73), i.e. "Circuit 15C ON" is activated. Deactivation of the ATA system is indicated by the turn signals flashing a number of times or after the LED in the interior central locking button (N72/1s7) goes out.
The message "Unlock" and "C.. 15C ON" from the EIS control unit is read in by the OCP control unit (N70) over the controller area network bus class B (interior compartment) (CAN-B).
The "ATA_ST (ATA status)" is transmitted by the OCP control unit to the UCP control unit (N72/1) via the CAN-B.

Termination of alarm by ATA system
When the "Unlock" button on the transmitter key is actuated, the alarm is interrupted and the ATA system deactivated. Deactivation is indicated by the turn signals flashing once and when the LED in the interior central locking button goes out.
The "Unlock" message from the EIS control unit is read in by the OCP control unit via the CAN-B.
The "ATA_ST (ATA status)" is transmitted by the OCP control unit to the UCP control unit via the CAN-B.
